ABA喷施提高菊花抗蚜性及其生理机理

摘 要:

为了检测ABA对菊花抗蚜性的影响, 以切花菊‘神马’为材料, 叶面喷施浓度为0 (对照)、0.06和0.1 mmol•L-1脱落酸(abscisic acid, ABA), 24 h后接种蚜虫。接种7 d开始统计蚜虫数目, 每2 d统计一次, 连续统计2周, 发现0.06 mmol•L-1 ABA处理下, 蚜虫数目明显少于对照和0.1 mmol•L-1 ABA处理, 即0.06 mmol•L-1 ABA可以提高菊花的抗蚜性。同时研究了外源ABA以及蚜虫接种后菊花叶片的抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性、H2O2含量和超氧阴离子产生速率。结果表明: 未接种蚜虫时, 0.06 mmol•L-1 ABA处理下各生理指标均有升高, 而0.1 mmol•L-1 ABA处理与对照无显著差异(P<0.05)。0.06 mmol•L-1 ABA预处理后接种蚜虫植株中, SOD、POD和CAT活性表现为先上升后下降再上升的趋势, 峰值分别为对照的1.6、2.3和1.9倍, H2O2含量和超氧阴离子产生速率具有类似的变化趋势, 峰值时均为对照的2.3倍, 与对照相比均差异显著。表明ABA可以通过调节活性氧水平来提高菊花的抗蚜性。

ABA Spraying Enhanced Aphids Resistance in Chrysanthemum and Corresponding Physiological Mechanisms

Abstract:

In order to testify the effects of ABA on the aphid resistance, ABA (0, 0.06 and 0.1 mmol•L-1) was applied to the chrysanthemum ‘Jinba’ by foliar spray, followed by aphid inoculation. The number of aphids were counted 7 days after inoculation. The results showed that 0.06 mmol•L-1 ABA could improve aphids resistance in chrysanthemum compared with 0.1 mmol•L-1ABA and control (0 mmol•L-1 ABA). We investigated the activities of the antioxidant enzyme (SOD, POD and CAT), content of the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and superoxide anion (O2.–) producing rate. Under 0.06 mmol•L-1 ABA treatment the indicators rose compared with the control. In contrast, there were no differences in changes of the investigated indicator compaered with the control under 0.1 mmol•L-1 ABA (P<0.05). The results demonstrated that the activities of SOD, POD and CAT rose in the early stage, then decreased and followed by an increase at the late phase of the treatment, and peaked to 1.6, 2.3 and 1.9 times, respectively, that of the control. Meanwhile, similar trends in changes were observed in the content of H2O2 and O2.– producing rate. It was illustrated that there were a concentration effect on improving aphids resistance in chrysanthemum with ABA.
